  1. Ribs 1 kg
  2. Red pepper 1/2 pieces
  3. 1/2 yellow pepper
  4. Red onion 1 piece
  5. Zucchini 1/2 pieces
  6. Carrot 1 piece
  7. Leek 1 piece
  8. 1/2 parsley bunch
  9. 1/2 cup broth
  10. Spices for meat or for ribs to taste
  11. Vegetable oil to taste
  12. Salt to taste

Step 1: prepare the ribs.

Rinse the ribs, they should be completely thawed, wipe with paper towels and divide into parts.
Roll ribs in spices and send them to 1 hour in the fridge.

Step 2: fry the ribs.

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the ribs in it over high heat until golden brown on all sides. You just need to fry the meat to the crust without cooking it inside, so make the fire stronger.

Step 3: chop the vegetables.

Peel, rinse and chop the vegetables into medium sized pieces. Very small ones will boil, and large ones are simply inconvenient when serving.
Finely chop the greens.

Step 4: bake the ribs with vegetables.

Fold vegetables and herbs in a baking dish. Salt. Lay the ribs on top and fill everything with broth. It is possible with water, but, as practice shows, it turns out tastier with broth. Cover with a lid or foil.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and send the baked ribs with vegetables to 1,5 hour.

Step 5: serve the ribs baked with vegetables.

Baked ribs with vegetables should be served hot. Baked potatoes are best served as a side dish. By the way, it can be cooked simultaneously with ribs.
