Step 1: chop the vegetables.

Peel potatoes and carrots, rinse well and cut into small cubes.
Cut celery in half.

Step 2: prepare the broth.

Wash the meat, dry it and throw in a saucepan with allspice and bay leaf to cook on 20 minutes after boiling. Do not forget to remove the foam.

Step 3: add the barley.
