Casserole, kitchen knife, cutting board.
Step 1: chop the vegetables.
Peel potatoes and carrots, rinse well and cut into small cubes.
Cut celery in half.
Step 2: prepare the broth.
Wash the meat, dry it and throw in a saucepan with allspice and bay leaf to cook on 20 minutes after boiling. Do not forget to remove the foam.
Step 3: add the barley.
As the meat is boiled, add potatoes, celery and carrots to it, boil 5 minutes and sprinkle pearl barley. Salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4: Add Leek.

Step 5: serve the barley with pearl barley.
