Turkey fillet with spinach and mushrooms

Ingredients for Cooking Turkey Fillet with Spinach and Mushrooms

  1. Turkey fillet 300 grams
  2. Spinach 200 grams
  3. Champignons 200 grams
  4. Tomatoes 2 pieces
  5. Bulgarian yellow pepper 1 piece
  6. 2 cloves of garlic
  7. Greek yogurt 3 tablespoons
  8. Coconut oil for frying
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Pepper to taste

Cooking:

Step 1: prepare the ingredients.


Rinse the turkey fillet, dry and cut into small cubes.
Rinse vegetables in advance, like mushrooms, and you will have time to chop them while the turkey is roasted.

Step 2: fry the turkey fillet.


Heat coconut oil in a pan and send the turkey fillet to fry there. Cook over medium heat, stirring often, until the pieces are golden brown.
When the turkey is roasted, add the spinach and chopped garlic cloves to it. Continue to cook.

Step 3: chop vegetables and mushrooms.


While the turkey is roasted, cut the mushrooms into thin slices, and chop the tomatoes and peppers into small cubes.

Step 4: add vegetables and mushrooms to the turkey.


When the spinach is cooked, add vegetables and mushrooms to the turkey. Salt to taste and pepper. And cook everything for several minutes, until the mushrooms are cooked.

At the end, add Greek yogurt, mix and remove immediately from the heat.

Step 5: Serve the turkey fillet with spinach and mushrooms.


Serve the turkey filet fried with spinach and mushrooms and serve hot. As a side dish, pasta is best suited. Delicious! You’ll just lick your fingers!
