Ingredients for making pancakes with bacon

  1. Bacon 8 strips (150 gr)
  2. Flour 120 gr.
  3. Milk 180 ml.
  4. Sugar 2 tbsp
  5. Butter 50 gr.
  6. Egg 2 pcs.
  7. Baking powder -1 tsp taste
  8. Salt pinch

Cooking:

We add eggs, milk to the flour, mix well.
Pour sugar, baking powder, salt into the dough and pour the melted butter. Mix well again. The dough is ready.
Fry the bacon on both sides in a dry frying pan until golden brown.
