Put the beans in cold water in the evening. Boil the next day until soft.

Saute finely chopped onion until golden, then add flour, cornstarch and paprika. Add the beans and the water in which it boiled. Add the broth diluted in a little water. Season with salt and thyme. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees C.

Serve with assorted pickles and sausages if you are not fasting. Good appetite!
