Ingredients for the preparation of meat rolls with pickles

  1. Pork chops 4 pieces
  2. Onion 1 piece (small)
  3. Pickled cucumber 1 piece (large)
  4. Ketchup to taste
  5. Mustard to taste
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Ground black pepper to taste
  8. Universal seasoning to taste
  9. Vegetable oil for frying

Step 1: grease the pork chops with the sauce.

First of all, pork chops should be beaten with a hammer so that they become flat and soft. Then sprinkle the meat with salt, pepper and seasoning on both sides. But only on one side grease the pieces of meat with ketchup and mustard.

Step 2: add the filling.

For each piece of meat, put a thin slice of cheese and a quarter of pickled cucumber. Finely chop the onions and sprinkle the stuffing for the rolls on top.

Step 3: wrap it up.

Now you just have to wrap the pieces of pork with the filling inside, fix them with toothpicks so that they do not unfold, and send them to the pan.

Step 4: fry the meat rolls with pickles.

Heat oil in a pan and put meat rolls in it. Sauté them on all sides until golden brown on the outside and evenly brown on the inside. Fry over low heat so that the meat is fried, not only outside but also from the inside.

Step 5: serve meat rolls with pickles.

Serve meat rolls with cabbage salad, mashed potatoes or just with buckwheat. It will be very tasty and satisfying anyway. An original dish to your table!
