Asian Style Sea Bass Ingredients
- Sea bass 3 pieces
- Fresh cilantro 1 bunch

Asian style seabass cooking:
Step 1: prepare the fish.
Clean, gut and rinse the fish, remove the heads. Make shallow cuts on the sides. Carefully stick wooden skewers (pre-soaked) in the middle of the fish. Carefully plant the fish as deep as possible.
Step 2: add the spices.
Finely chop a clove of garlic and half a red pepper. Cut the lime in half, squeeze one half, cut the second into thin moons.

Serve the grilled sea bass hot. Garnish with fresh cilantro and lime slices. As a side dish, rice or a salad of fresh herbs is suitable.
