Grilled Eggplant Salad

Grilled Eggplant Salad Ingredients

  1. Eggplant 1 piece (medium size)
  2. Tomatoes 3-4 pieces (medium size)
  3. Feta Cheese 100 grams
  4. Sesame oil to taste
  5. Vegetable oil for frying to taste
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Italian herbs to taste

Grill, kitchen knife, cutting board, plate, paper towels.

Cooking:

Step 1: chop the eggplant.
