Pour boiling water over raisins and leave to swell for a while. Mix cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt until smooth with a blender. Add semolina to the curd mass, mix well and leave for 30-40 minutes. Drain the raisins, dry with a napkin or paper towel, add to the curd and mix well. Melt the butter. Grease the baking dish with butter, put the curd mass, smooth, and with a pastry brush on top of the casserole evenly distribute half the melted butter. Send to bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Take the cottage cheese casserole with raisins from the oven and grease the top with the second half of the butter. Leave to cool in shape.
