2. Next, cover the colander with gauze and strain off the whey. You do not pour it, but use it in baking.

3. Send the cheese back to the pan, and put on medium heat, add salt, soda, add the egg, and mix everything intensively and melt to a viscous state for 5-6 minutes.

4. Pour cheese into a container, cover with cling film and leave at room temperature until completely cooled.
