For cooking zucchini

  1. Zucchini 1 pc.
  2. Garlic 3 cloves
  3. Paprika 0.5 tsp
  4. Olive oil 3 tbsp. l
  5. Black pepper to taste
  6. Breadcrumbs to taste
  7. Salt to taste

For the sauce

  1. Mayonnaise 2 tbsp. l
  2. Tomato paste 3 tbsp. l
  3. Chile liquid 0.3 tsp
  4. Dill greens to taste

Step 1 - Marinate the zucchini.

Cut the zucchini into arbitrary cubes. Pour olive oil into a large bowl, add garlic, paprika, passed through the press. Spread in a bowl of zucchini, add salt, pepper to taste, mix very well and set aside to absorb the marinade for 20-30 minutes.
