- flour 100 gr
- cocoa 2 tbsp
- vegetable oil 3 tbsp
- sugar 2 tbsp
- salt pinch

In a bowl, whisk the eggs, salt and sugar.
Add warm milk and mix.
Then add the sifted flour and cocoa. Shuffle.
Add vegetable oil. Stir well again.
Preheat the pan and grease with vegetable oil, pour an incomplete dough scoop and evenly distribute in the pan. Fry on both sides.
