For making pancakes:
- eggs 3 pcs. (large)
- milk 0.5 l
- sugar 2 tbsp
- salt 0.3 tsp
- flour 1.5 stack.
- vegetable oil 3 tbsp

Mixing container, whisk, sieve, glass of 250 ml, pan (20 cm), dish
Drive 3 eggs into a deep container.
Add 2 tbsp. sugar, 1/3 tsp salt and mix.
Pour 100 ml of milk from the general norm and mix.
Add 1.5 cups of sifted flour and mix thoroughly until smooth so that there are no lumps.
Pour in the remaining warm milk and mix again.
It remains to add 3 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil, mix and the dough is ready.
Leave it for 15-20 minutes, at room temperature, and then mix again.
The pan needs to be heated very well and grease it with oil before cooking the first pancake.
Fry the pancakes (as shown in the video below) and stack them in a pile.
