For a light test

  1. Egg whites 6 pcs.

For dark dough

  1. Egg yolks 6 pcs.
  2. 2 eggs
  3. Sugar 6 tbsp
  4. Flour 4 tbsp
  5. Baking powder 1 tsp
  6. Cocoa 2 tbsp
  7. Vegetable oil 50 ml.

For cream

  1. Milk 350 ml.
  2. Vanilla Pudding 1 pack
  3. Vanilla Sugar 1 pack
  4. Butter 350 gr.
  5. Jelly (green) 2 sachets.
  6. Chocolate marshmallows 400 gr.
  7. Water (boiling water) 350 ml.
  • Main Ingredients Flour, Sponge Cake

For white dough, beat 6 proteins with a pinch of salt to strong peaks, pour 300 g in small portions. sugar, beat. Add vegetable oil, vinegar, starch and mix gently. For dark dough, beat 6 yolks and 2 eggs with 6 tbsp. l sugar until the mixture becomes lush. Add 5 tbsp. l vegetable oil, flour, baking powder and cocoa. Dissolve 2 packs of green jelly in 350 ml of hot water. Cool to a gel consistency. Lubricate the lower part of the biscuit with a cream. Put the marshmallows on top, put the jelly in the intervals between the marshmallows, cover with the remaining cream, cover with a second cake, squeeze lightly. Leave to soak overnight in a cool place.
