- Armenian pita 1 pc.
- Balyk 150 g
- Beets (boiled) 1 pc.
- Carrot (boiled) 1 pc.
- Boiled egg 1 pc.
- Mayonnaise 2 tbsp. l
- Parmesan Cheese 30 g
- Dill to taste
- Main ingredients Carrot, Beetroot, Cheese, Greens
Grate carrots and eggs on a coarse grater. Add mayonnaise to them and mix well.
I have pita 90 by 30 cm. Cut it into two equal halves.
On each sheet of pita bread with the edge we spread pieces of a balyk. Spread the vegetable mixture on top and level it.
We roll each pita bread. Lubricate the edges with mayonnaise to stick.
Cut into portions and put on a serving plate.
Sprinkle grated Parmesan on top and garnish with dill.
