Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Cut the onion into rings. Separate the inflorescences from the broccoli.
Dissolve the butter in a saucepan. Fry the onion until soft. Squeeze the garlic. Fry a little and add flour, stirring constantly. Pour in cream and mix. Add broccoli inflorescences and mix. Add a little water (better than the one in which pasta was cooked). Add pasta, grated cheese and mix. Level the surface. Beat the eggs and pour evenly on top. I mix the breadcrumbs with olive oil and spread evenly on the surface.
Heat the oven to 190 degrees and bake for 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
