Chinese cabbage, carrot and apple salad

Ingredients

  1. Chinese cabbage 2-3 leaves
  2. Carrot 0.5 pieces
  3. Apple 0.5 pieces
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Pepper to taste
  6. Lemon juice to taste
  7. Garlic 1 clove
  8. 3/4 tablespoon mayonnaise

Step 1: Three Vegetables


Finely chop Chinese cabbage, peel and grate carrots.

Be sure to peel the apple and then grate it on a coarse grater.
Garlic cloves through a press or grate on a fine grater.

Step 2: season Chinese cabbage, carrot and apple salad.


Pour lemon juice over the salad ingredients, salt, pepper and add mayonnaise.

Mix everything together and serve.
