  1. Cucumbers 500 g
  2. Lemon 0.5 pcs.
  3. Garlic 2 pcs.
  4. Sugar 1.5 tsp
  5. Salt 1 tsp.
  6. A mixture of peppers 0.25 tsp.

Step 1.

Cucumbers are better not to take large. Trim the ends on both sides and cut them in half in length. Finely chop the young garlic. Squeeze juice out of half a lemon. Put the cucumbers in a bowl, add garlic and salt to them. As well as a mixture of peppercorns and sugar. Pour lemon juice over everything. Stir well and put into a container (jar, bag).

Step 2

Close tightly and refrigerate for at least 12 hours. From time to time, shake dishes with cucumbers so that the juice is evenly distributed. After the set time, open the container, put the cucumbers on a plate and crunch with pleasure.
