Clafoutis with apricots and raspberries

Step 1: caramelize apricots.

Cut the apricots into slices and put them in a pan, adding half the prepared butter and one teaspoon of sugar. Cook, stirring gently, until the apricot slices turn golden. Remove from heat and set aside for now.
Melt the remaining oil over low heat and cool a little too.

Step 2: prepare the dough.

Lubricate the baking dish with butter and put half of the apricots and all the raspberries on its bottom.

To prepare the dough, beat the eggs with 100 grams of sugar to a white airy foam. Sift the flour and add a tablespoon of it to the eggs, each time stirring well with a spoon after, trying not to disturb the structure of the beaten eggs. Add the cooled melted butter to the dough, stirring gently as well.
Pour the cooked dough into the mold. Spread the remaining slices of apricots on top.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
