Ingredients

The main

  1. Beef Meat 600 g
  2. Onion 1 pc.
  3. 5 cloves garlic
  4. Radish daikon 200 g
  5. Medium Tomatoes 5 pcs.
  6. Carrots 2 pcs.
  7. Eggplant 1 pc.
  8. Sweet pepper 2 pcs.
  9. 4 celery stalks
  10. Hot chili pepper 1/2 pc.
  11. Lagman noodles 200 g
  12. Water 1.2 liters
  13. Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. spoons

Spice

  1. Bay leaf 2 pcs.
  2. Zira seeds ½ teaspoon
  3. Salt 1.5 tbsp. spoons
  4. Ground black pepper ½ teaspoon
  5. Star anise 2 pcs.
  6. Sweet paprika 1 teaspoon
  7. Red pepper ½ teaspoon
  8. Dry ginger 1 tsp
  9. Turmeric 1 teaspoon
  10. Coriander seeds ½ teaspoon

Cooking:


Step 1.

Cut all the vegetables into a medium sized straw.

Step 2

Cut the meat into medium slices.

Step 3

Heat oil in a cauldron, add cumin and coriander, warm spices for 30 seconds and add garlic, fry for another 30 seconds.

Step 4

Add onions and fry for 1 minute.

Step 5

Put the meat in a cauldron and fry over high heat, constantly stirring, 3-4 minutes, until the meat is browned.

Step 6

Add carrots and fry for 1 minute.

Step 7

Add the tomatoes and continue to frying for 1 minute.

Step 8

Add celery and radish, mix and fry for another 1 minute.

Step 9

Add all the spices and mix.

Step 10

Add eggplant, bell pepper and fry for another 1 minute.

Step 11

Add water, bring to a boil and simmer over low heat for 1 hour 20 minutes until cooked.

Step 12

Cook the noodles for the lagman until cooked, use the instructions on the package.

Step 13

Put the noodles in a plate, on top of the noodles meat, vegetables and add the broth. Sprinkle with fresh herbs and hot pepper rings.
